Automatit, a Global Solutions Division of ASSA ABLOY, is in a period of quick growth, moving into new verticals and launching new services and technologies every month. As the Marketing Coordinator for Automatit, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to provide marketing coordination to the operations and marketing departments ensuring coordination of data integrity and processes between all departments.

What you will do…

Manage and organize internal/external customer tasks and requests within all company systems (i.e., NetSuite, Automatit Dashboard, Trello, Monday, Front, SalesForce).

Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers on the status of project and task requests.

Maintain organization of Front inboxes.

Organize details for marketing service onboardings.

Schedule reactive and proactive marketing performance reviews between strategists and customers.

Schedule marketing kick-off meetings and tool training meetings with customers.

Answer incoming telephone calls.

Accurate and uniform data entry into Automatit’s communication systems

Coordinate tasks and projects to support the Search and Marketing Strategist teams
