Bilingual Facebook Media Buyer

Were looking for a media buyer to take our winning ads/offers and oversee the recreation and launching of them into Spanish. This person will oversee the growth of our Latino customer base. We are currently ramping up our product base to better serve the Hispanic market. You will be a part of the team in overseeing the launch of assets needed to serve the Spanish market. Things like Spanish copywriters and developers to rebuild our landing page and email flow.* 2+ years of paid Facebook ads media buying with a focus on maximizing conversions.* Must be able to speak and write in Spanish* Must have a eat breath and sleep Facebook* Experience managing over $20,000 in daily spend.* Experience analyzing conversion rate, click-through rates, and other common KPIs.* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced startup environment.* Spanish communication skills both written and verbal.* Spanish writing, editing and creative content skills.* Knowledge around Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat marketing or at least the desire to learn is a plus* Oversee and/or review the recreation and build out of new landing pages, email flows, retention plans, assisting in Spanish written messaging.* Document ads and give the creative team direction on new creatives.* Study our market constantly so we dont miss anything new we could be doing.
