Responsibilities:Establish, develop, and maintain new partnerships with potential clientsGenerate and produce innovative marketing and sales campaignsMarket and promote products direct to consumer by conducting face-to-face sales and marketing presentationsDeliver in-depth product knowledge to customers and educate them on the benefits of each product or service to successfully impact sales performance and increase sales marginAssist with the overall marketing plan for each client brand by attending daily meeting with the marketing and sales teamManage, analyze, and report the results of customer marketing initiatives to Account Management staffMarketing & Communications Specialist Requirements:Experience in marketing, sales, direct sales, promotions, or public relations preferredAbility to provide results under pressureStrong interpersonal communication abilities with the capability to negotiate and persuade clientsMust be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphereTeam Player with a collaborative resilient attitude and a passion for what you doConfident in a large group environment and with face to face consumer interactionAbility to work both independently and in a group setting#LI-Onsite
