AUI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is ready to hit the ground running in all things marketing from helping to strategize on company marketing efforts to marketing materials. This position requires a creative mindset who not only has good ideas, but they are also able to execute them. Marketing Coordinator's Key Responsibilities:

Manage the development and production proposal responses in a deadline-intensive, fast-paced environment; this includes developing attractive submittals

Coordinate with subcontractors and other industry partners as needed

Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data

Supporting the VP of Sales and Marketing in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning presentations

Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines while providing instructions for promotion or use

Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts

Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed

Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership

Other marketing duties as assigned

Compensation – 50K Starting Pay Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign and Photoshop

Proficient with MS Office Suite tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS SharePoint.

Proficient with a CRM management platform is preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication ability.

Strong attention to detail and skills in time management.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Some travel is required.
