The role:

You will provide support for the Skincare (Face) team by analyzing, reviewing and reporting on all competitive activity (advertising, products). You will also help organize and track new products, line extensions, and reformulations on an ongoing basis.

What you'll do:

In an environment where everything is fast-paced, you will contribute to all of the 5 pillars of the group strategy: people-centric, brand-builder, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty. Through the skincare marketing internship program, you'll get to experience first-hand the relationship between global marketing & product development teams with the US market, the complex go-to-market strategy and execution of new products in a competitive beauty industry, the customer-centric mindset carried through in all touchpoints including collateral, in-store merchandising, and digital content creation, as well as Clarin's commitment to responsible beauty that is at the heart of our brand. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Comprehensive US market competitive analysis including presenting monthly new product launches, NPD analysis, seasonal competitive pricing deep dives, and synthesizing competitive claims, advertising, and copy associated with every new Clarins launch.Assist marketing team by issuing Creative Service Requests, Project Briefs,and generating NYO requests as neededMonitoring our product closet and shipping/receiving of products to retailers and from our global marketing partnersAssist in meeting preparation (PowerPoint presentations, conference room setup, etc)During training, the candidate will learn all of the basic marketing skills necessary to promote, build and support the brand. Intern will participate in meetings, shadow marketing associates, and participate in field tours.You are:

Detail oriented with strong project management skillsMulti-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and paying close attention to detailHands on with the ability to work independentlyCustomer-focused, results-oriented and brand-addictedGenuinely looking forward to new challengesYou have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communications or related fieldsExperience in the beauty, fashion or luxury industry, preferably in eCommerceStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointDemonstrate strong technical acumen for troubleshooting and problem-solvingWe have:

Salary:

$18 per hour
