KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and publish firm website content, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications teamEnsure proper communication channels and website flowsSupport the translation of complex legal documents and topics into riveting firm content materialsAssist with creation and presentation of print and digital marketing materialsTrack and manage RFPs and pitch submissionsDevelop and analyze intra and inter web analytics to guide content marketingHelp improve search engine optimization effortsManage CRM database and act as a reference for end-users regarding usage and capabilitiesObtain and update attorney contact lists; add to targeted marketing listsImprove data quality by developing and executing initiativesREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree required; specialized degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferredStrong legal and marketing internship experience requiredDemonstrated knowledge and expertise of various marketing technology platforms, especially Google AnalyticsKnowledge of CRM databases and managementInterest in the legal marketing industry requiredExcellent work ethic and strong teamwork skillsMust be flexible, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a calm, pleasant demeanor
