As a key player in our Healthcare division, you'll be at the forefront of creating unmatched online customer experiences, driving conversion, and achieving eCommerce sales targets. This vital role involves crafting and refining digital marketing strategies to captivate, retain, and uplift the lifetime value of our Healthcare portfolio's customers, setting new benchmarks in engagement and satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategic Omni-Channel Marketing: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless integration across all channels that resonates with our brand's core values and voice, driving organizational objectives.Advertising and Promotion Oversight: Manage and optimize advertising and promotional efforts across a diverse array of channels, aligning with key performance indicators to enhance visibility and engagement.Market Research Innovation: Lead market research initiatives to uncover new opportunities, focusing on understanding target demographics, optimizing brand positioning, and refining value propositions for maximum impact.Data Analysis for Growth: Evaluate sales data and marketing channel performance rigorously, leveraging insights to pinpoint optimization opportunities and guide strategic decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to co-create and launch innovative products and campaigns, ensuring marketing efforts are cohesive and impactful.Budget Management with Insight: Oversee the marketing budget with a keen eye on industry trends and channel performance, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using strategic metrics to inform and adjust tactics for optimal results.Marketing Asset Creation: Collaborate across teams to produce compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand's message across all channels.B2B Marketing Support: Provide essential marketing support for B2B initiatives, crafting materials and resources that align with our brand's vision and business goals.Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven expertise in delivering exceptional digital customer experiences, with a portfolio of successful omni-channel campaigns.Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive results.HubSpot: Experience in setting up and managing email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and forms. Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance within HubSpot and making data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies.Google Ads: Demonstrated success in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion rate optimization. Familiarity with Google Ads Editor and experience in using analytics to refine and target campaigns more effectively.Facebook Business Manager: Skilled in creating and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for various objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion). Ability to segment audiences, test creatives, and analyze performance metrics to enhance campaign results.WordPress: Candidates should have experience customizing themes, optimizing SEO through plugins like Yoast, and managing content updates. Ability to integrate with other platforms and conduct website performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for strategic thinking and problem-solving.A collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly with teams across the organization.Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2C and eCommerce strategies.A history of working effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads required.
