People| Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity •The Sr. Manager, Executive Communications will be a strategic partner capable of building and maintaining solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals with internal MX leaders (Mobile eXperience) and Centers of Excellence (COE) partners to help build relevant content to support communicating the division/leaders mission and vision. Reporting to the Head of MX PR for Samsung Electronics America, the role is integral to enhancing US and global visibility for SEA senior executives. •Build communication and reporting cadence that allows for a timely flow of necessary information for decisions and support/resolution. •Meet with multi-level stakeholders to ensure organizational communications are consistently organized and flow according to business needs and expectations; may be asked to support special circumstances/events such as HQ meeting preparation, internal and external engagement communication facilitation or review.The Sr. Manager Executive Communications will be responsible for:Developing internal as well as external communication plans to support business initiatives and manage appropriate delivery of internal and external communications.Providing communication support to senior level officials by drafting speeches, scripts, documents, social media content, etc.Coordinating with Product, Events, Social and Content teams, and external communication partners to amplify key executive communications tied to relevant MX initiatives and events.Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions when appropriate.Researches and understands key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity and environmental factors that impact programs within the business and assigned departments.Management and participation in the creation of digital, video, audio and print content with internal stakeholders and external support agencies.Involvement in additional key projects including support of major product MX launches, trade shows, and industry events.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required – preferably in Business, Journalism, Communications or related field and applicable experience8+ years practical experience in the communications fieldProven experience creating and drafting communications for executives and senior leaders with demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communication technologiesFamiliarity with social media platforms and social media marketing along with experience with research and writing to address diverse audiencesExcellent Communication and Presentation preparation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationshipsPreferred Qualifications:Communications experience in the technology field preferred#LI – RR1
