The Director of Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement will lead and oversee our digital marketing strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including website, social media, email, and paid advertising. As the Director, you will also drive sales enablement efforts to equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage with prospects and drive conversion.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisitionCreate and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectivesDevelop deep industry and product knowledge to lead product marketing content and campaignsOversee the company's online presence and optimize the user experience on the website and other digital touchpointsManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across different platformsImplement marketing automation systems and processes to streamline lead generation and nurture programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experienceLead sales enablement initiatives, including the development of sales collateral, training materials, and sales playbooksRequirements5+ years of experience in digital marketing, majority in the B2B SaaS industryProven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving revenue targetsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics toolsExperience owning & optimizing Hubspot, Seamless.ai, Wordpress, Adwords/LinkedIn, and other marketing and sales automation platformsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related fieldBenefitsFull Health, Dental, and Vision benefitsStock options401kHybrid work environmentAward winning culture
