The VP of Marketing will work alongside other senior management members to align marketing initiatives with company goals, ensuring the best possible service and effective communications with new and existing clientele.This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.RequirementsQualifications:The following list of qualifications and responsibilities is not all inclusive, as each employee is expected to be a team player and may be assigned other tasks as necessary. This is meant to serve as an overview of the position description:Minimum 8 years of demonstrated successful marketing experience at the executive level3-5 years of professional experience in financial services, preferably real estate or lendingExperience managing a growing team, delegation of work and clear and direct communication company widePositive attitude, high energy, high degree of organization and self-motivationAttention to detail coupled with high demandsResponsibilities:Serve as the most senior level marketing executive in the company, providing additional support in strategy and management initiativesDevelop annual marketing plans that address overall strategies, tactics, and resources to achieve organizational goalsUnderstand the company’s products, services, and distribution channels to develop effective segmentation strategies with targeting messaging and value propositions to improve branding and overall recognitionUtilize marketing technology tools including automation, CRM, and content management systemsSet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
