Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

Role & Responsibility

Operations:Partake in process improvement discussionsAssist with marketing task management system, Monday.com.Collaborate on photo shoot scheduling preparationSupport lead and opportunity management within Salesforce.com platformManage, edit and maintain website contentExecute corporate email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing CloudFacilitate surveys within AlchemerDay-to-day operational tasks including email inbox monitoring, invoice support, agency and vendor management, photo asset requests, and metrics gatheringActivation:

Develop and execute digital media strategies and campaigns for paid mediaCreate custom reporting and analyze performance data.Communicate internally on all elements of media performance and initiativesMonitor and optimize campaigns to improve performanceActively identify new "test and learn" opportunities to build on expertiseBecome trained and certified in digital media tools and channelsAssist in the media budget reconciliation process & vendor relationship managementIntelligence:

Update, analyze, and improve Power Bi dashboards and reportsDevelop and implement data analyses by leveraging data collection systemsPrepare, analyze, and summarize marketing reports for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructionsSupport marketing by analyzing and cleansing Account & Contact data within our CRM systemsUpdate and maintain performance tracking metrics to gauge performance through our strategy scorecardPlanning:

Review creative content to ensure imagery, messaging and branding are accurateAssist with marketing communications for external and internal audiencesAnalyze budget spend and allocation to keep marketing efforts running consistently while not overspendingPartake in trade show planning and assist with execution of deliverablesProvide marketing support to dealers as neededProvide assistance with lead generation and lead routingJob Requirement

Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Seniorstanding seeking adegree in Marketing, Communications or a Business-related fieldBe proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a teamHave the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutionsBe able to self-manage time and set priorities amidst multiple project requests and deadlines; be organized in order to complete projects in line with expectations and deadlinesPossess strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and quickly understand new projects, proactively communicate concerns and effectively present to a groupPossess a can-do attitude in order to enthusiastically deliver results to a department that depends on youTravel Required:
