Architectural Designer
in the
Cleveland, OH
area.
What You Will Be Doing:Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects.Meeting and communicating with project managers daily/weekly.Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow-up.Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.Project Administration.Qualifications:
Architectural Designer with 0-7 years' experience in the field of commercial architecture with a focus on multi-site, retail or restaurant projects.Experienced in developing construction documents and specifications in the fast paced multi-site industry.Revit/BIM experience preferred.Demonstrates a customer service focus.Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task between projects and priorities at one time.Education:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.Benefits:
