As a Graphic Design Director, you'll create concepts that support our mission to unite people to purpose. You will lead our creative team in crafting visually stunning designs that support weekend experiences and special events. This role requires expertise in apparel and both digital and print design. The role also requires an understanding of branding principles, and the ability to develop, inspire, and lead, a team of high capacity designers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials, including design for our broadcast experiences.Lead the design team in the creation of visually appealing graphics for screens, social media, websites, print materials, and events.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across all touch points.Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure they are implemented in all design projects.Provide strategic input on brand development and visual storytelling to enhance the church's overall impact.MUST-HAVES
Sense of calling to use your creative skillset in ministry4+ years of relevant design experienceHigh proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignDemonstrated expertise in branding and brand developmentExcellent team building and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative teamKeen attention to detailGreat time management skills & ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentRemarkable communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamOnline portfolioPortfolio available online (necessary for consideration)NICE-TO-HAVES
