Schell Brothers is looking for a Architectural CAD Designer to join our team as we continue to grow in the residential construction industry. This is a Full Time Position that would have the following responsibilities:
Manage multiple tasks in a timely mannerMeet with a team to collaborate design optionsCoordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and MEP ConsultantsPreparation of Architectural DesignPreparation of Construction DrawingsCoordinate documentation for Approvals and PermittingRequirements
Residential and/or Commercial Design ExperienceProficient with AutoCAD and RevitAbility to create Interior and Exterior Renderings for Marketing and PresentationsKnowledge of Building CodesExperience with developing Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and DetailsMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be detail oriented, organized and able to solve problemsPositive and caring attitudeOutgoing, professional demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members.Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.Ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in similar positions, preferred but not required.
