Multiple Locations .We are looking for a motivated individual that can demonstrate:Accountability and ResponsibilityAdaptabilityContinuous ImprovementContinuous LearningInnovation / CreativityPlanning and organizingStrategic Decision MakingSystems ThinkingTeamworkPosition Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Plans, organizes and conducts audits/assessments of supplier's systems, processes, and productsDocuments and reports audit/assessment resultsPerforms product verification to assess compliance to applicable requirementsAssesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future workInvestigates and resolves concerns to ensure compliance with requirementsProvides education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives to develop and improve supplier performance and productivityPerforms data analysis to determine engagement strategy at suppliersReports status of supplier performanceAbility to plan, prioritize and manage daily assignmentsParticipates in Program and Production Readiness Reviews at suppliersStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal skillsThis position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry3+ years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier ManagementExperience with AS9100 or other similar Quality Management System,Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA)3+ years of experience with First Article Inspection (i.e. AS91020)3+ years of experience performing data analysis using excelExperience interpreting GD&T and can apply the concepts for part inspection3+ years of experience working with J-STD-001Must possess a valid Driver's License and own a vehiclePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ year of experience using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Tools3+ years of experience in the Aerospace IndustryExperience with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel and Power PointTypical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
