JDAttention to detail, self-starter, excited for position even through short term Required soft skills; -Organized -High attention to detail -Proactive communication -Excellent time managementMain responsibilities:Print Artwork Design: Understand and create artwork maintaining REI aesthetic Understand product and material application and associated constraints Design original artwork and interpret purchased artwork using concept direction Looking specifically for heavy creating production-ready artwork Print Artwork Development: Understand technical limitations: Repeat size, color, print linework & technique, material constraints Design successful print layouts:
-All-over or two-way repeats
-No striping (no obvious repeat)
-Correct spacing according to design
-Clean artwork to high standard (no stray pixels)
Software they would they be using, Level of experience? # yrs? -Adobe Photoshop 5+ years -Ned Graphics (Design and Repeat, Easy Coloring) 2+ years What initiative/project would they be contributing to?
