We are currently seeking a
Structural CAD Designer
to join our team in our
Harrisburg, PA
office location. Our
King of Prussia
and
Canonsburg ,
PA
locations will also be considered. As a
Structural CAD Designer,
you will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Engineers, providing CADD support and plan preparation, establishing work procedures, and providing guidance to junior CADD staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
CAD DraftingPrepare detailed structural plans including elevations and cross sections utilizing Bentley and Autodesk softwareMaintaining CAD workspacesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior staffRequirements
Required Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or equivalent experience6-8 years of relevant experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office software suiteProficiency with MicroStation and AutoCADFamiliarity with PennDOT and PA Turnpike standards and proceduresExcellent communication and time management skillsExperience with transportation structures preferred
