This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for an Interior Designer that has start to finish project experience seeking continued growth and development for a leadership role.

Interior Design Experience :Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design required5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects w/ emphasis on interior designArchitectural license requiredInterior Designer Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, PhotoShop, InDesign, Microsoft Office is preferred.Experience in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, municpal/government preferredStrong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentationEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentProactive written and verbal communication skillsKnowledgeable to support both, management and design- ability to integrate design requirements w/ architectureLEED accreditation an assetNCIDQ accreditation is preferredInterior Designer Responsibilities:

The Interior Designer will be responsible for start to finish project management.Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needsDefine project requirements and develop design criteriaScheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projectsProfessional client development skillsLeadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externallyInterior Designer Compensation:

$70,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on experience)Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, Bonus)
