Position Summary:Precious Pairs Inc. is seeking a skilled and passionate Grant Writer to join our team. The Grant Writer will be responsible for identifying grant opportunities, developing strong grant proposals, and maintaining relationships with funders to secure funding that supports the organization's programs and services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities that align with the mission and programs of Precious Pairs Inc.Write compelling, clear, and concise grant proposals and applications, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documents.Collaborate with program staff to gather information and understand program objectives, outcomes, and needs for funding proposals.Maintain a calendar of submissions and reporting deadlines, ensuring timely submission of applications and reports.Develop and maintain relationships with funders, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies.Monitor and report on the progress of funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.Assist in the development of a strategic plan for grant-seeking activities, including setting goals and tracking progress.Stay informed about trends in grant funding and philanthropy related to our sector.
