Marketing Assistant

In this role you'll be a valuable member of our marketing team, helping stage local events and assisting the Marketing Director in delivering our company's brand message to the local public.JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist in the preparation and activation of local grass-roots promotional events Compose and post content on the company's social media accounts to drive engagementOversee daily administrative tasks to support the coordination and functionality of the marketing department's activitiesRepresent the Findlay Toyota Flagstaff brand throughout the communityJOB REQUIREMENTSEnthusiasm for marketing and working with the publicStrong organizational skills Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay cool under pressureUnderstanding of core marketing principlesStrong communication and people skillsAbility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekendsKnowledge of MS Office and marketing applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordEDUCATION GREAT INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY if you're currently enrolled in NAU, CCC or another college or university Minimum High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a plus!WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position includes working both indoors and outdoors, and thus is subject to varying weather conditionsVaried workweek, including some evenings and weekendsPossible day travel within Coconino County PHYSICAL DEMANDSPeriods of standing, bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, and lifting of up to 50 lbsMay require considerable mobility throughout the shift
