Job Summary:

Utilizing a variety of online and offline tools and data sources, collect, monitor, and recommend actionable improvements to optimize website performance, customer experience, and customer targeting for digital and omni-channel campaigns. Support management and testing, with 3rd party partner code releases, integrations, and new development projects. This role will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy and operational development excellence, directly influencing our growth trajectory and market position through data-driven insights and analytics. Full-time salaried remote position.

Responsibilities:Manage and monitor GA4 tagging, tracking, and reporting. Develop reports within GA4 and Looker Studio to support business needs with goal of optimizing site performance and user experience.Stay up to date with GA4 systems and changes to ensure continual proficiency and utilization of best practices.Manage GTM tagging structure and set up.Based on analysis and KPI fluctuations, identify and recommend areas for improvement or adjustments on site and within digital campaigns.Access Dover Saddlery Data Warehouse to develop enhanced and omni-channel views of performance, customers interactions, identification of targets for digital and print campaigns.Collaborate with stakeholders across company to develop KPI Dashboards, data visualization reports, campaign, and website performance reports.Support management of website development projects designed to improve user experience, increase conversion rate, and re-alignment of brand goals and initiatives.Participate in testing new development launches and 3rd party integrations.Manage Website A/B Testing via testing tool (currently Monetate).Success will be measured by the ability to delivery actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI across our marketing channels.Qualifications

Exceptional analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.5 plus years managing external technology suppliers and development resources.5 plus years managing website development projects.Software Experience: Website Analytics Tools (Google Analytics/GA4)Software Experience: Website A/B Testing Applications (Monetate or similar)Software Experience: Website Tag Management Applications (Google Tag Manager)Software Experience: Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access.Software Experience: SQL for managing complex omni-channel data sets, performance reporting and optimization and developing custom ad hoc queries.
