We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As Web Designer, you will collaborate with our Web Specialist to create websites for our customers using the Duda platform. This role will work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs, brand identity, and business goals. Your creative flair and customer-oriented approach will enable you to conceptualize, design, and deliver websites that not only impress visually but also elevate the user experience.

ResponsibilitiesLead website redesign project kickoff meetings with each client, gather & understand client goals for their websiteRecommend templates from our library based on content aesthetics and goalsBuild website (drag and drop, no code required) using the chosen template, customize the site using branding elements and imagery, as well as contentSchedule check in's with clients to gather client feedback as part of the design process before final deliveryOur commitment to our staff is showcased not only through our strong company culture, but also through our employee-centric benefits and programs including:

Requirements

Bachelor of Fine Arts/Bachelor of Graphic Design degree or equivalent work experience1-2 years experience in web design rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat interpersonal skills, presentation skills and relationship-building skills with clients
