Summary of Responsibilities
Inventorying, packing, and cleaning of contents damaged by water, smoke and/or fire while demonstrating respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCautiously pack out valuables and memories during a very stressful time for customersAttentively care for the belongings of customersTravel as part of the Pack-out/Pack-in Team to jobsDocument all stages of the pack-out/pack-in processAccurately inventory all itemsThoroughly clean customers' belongings back to their original stateMaintain safety of the entire teamDevelop a team effort with fellow team membersExecute scope (on call)Store contents and maintain inventory of warehouseCompetencies

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of one year of experience in contents/textile managementDemonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environmentGood customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate a positive brand awareness through all interactionsDetail orientedGood technology skills - proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skillsEducation
High school diploma or GEDRequired Licensure and Certifications
Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver license and have a satisfactory driving recordEmployment At-Will

Work Environment

The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet. The office work environment generally consists of indoor heated and cooled office space. This position may also work remotely from home.
