Title: UX Researcher

Location: Atlanta, GA - 100% Remote position.

About the JobA UX Researcher informs and guides the creative process. As a UX Researcher, you willwork in a variety of creative teams and gather data when the path forward is unclear and requires direction. Although the customer is the primary data source, insights will also be gathered through review of competing experiences, white papers, prior research, and business stakeholders. Your ability to convert the data into actionable insights and communicate to the team in a timely manner isessential.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View- Use your UX talents to research a diverse set of digital experiences from different phases of the Client customer lifecycle.- Conduct user research and use data to advocate for customers, ensuring that their needs are properly understood and seriously considered by team members and business clients.- Use storytelling, journey maps, results decks, and documents to illustrate the end-to-end customer journey and its corresponding friction points and opportunities.- Provide creative thought leadership by defining innovative solutions that solve complex business issues and provide great experiences for customers.- Collaborate with fellow CX researchers, designers, content writers, strategists to generate and refine customer experiences.- Work on several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.- Demonstrate an understanding of business objectives and how to balance them with design and user needs.

Required Qualifications• 1-3 years of experience collecting qualitative research and applying the data.• Knowledge and experience with applied qualitative research methods including generative, formative, and evaluative methods. Example methods include usability testing, ethnographic research, surveys, competitive analysis, and creation of a point of view document.• Knowledge or expertise in one or more of the following is a plus: online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research methods.• Communication Skills: You have excellent communication, project management, andorganizational skills. You're able to tell compelling stories about your work to partners and team members.• Empathetic + Fun: You're well-versed in user-centered methodologies and design thinking. You design for consumer needs first and you enjoy doing it with a team.
