FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.Job Description

WFLD/WPWR, Fox32Chicago.com and Fox Local, in Chicago, IL, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Sales Team.

In this role as Marketing and Digital Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment where the focus is on servicing our digital and broadcast client’s needs. You will assist the sales team to achieve our goals for OTT, Digital and Linear sales. In addition, you will play a big role in collaborating with other departments, including News and Sports, helping to create unique and interactive sponsorships to elevate client campaigns. There is a big commitment to delivering high performance to our sponsors as well. In this effort, you will be responsible for supporting campaign setup and proof of performance reporting for all digital campaigns.Creative thinker that is highly skilled at producing sponsorship ideas for News and Sports programming.Previous experience as a sales administrator or account coordinator. Experience in Digital Ad Operations, Digital Ad Tech, Media or Advertising is a plus.Work closely with our Ad Ops team to assist with managing digital campaigns.Ability to develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with others across the company while demonstrating a high level of customer service.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills.Work collaboratively with other team members, agency partners and outside vendors.Track and report on media asset performance.Maintains a sustainable digital e-records management system.Participate in special projects and ongoing team training.Participate in media/campaign strategy meetings and weekly pacing meetings.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
