We are seeking a designer/developer to help design frontend for desktop and mobile friendly applications. This includes software written in .Net, Java, PowerApps, etc.The Developer/Designer will work closely with business partners, Client, PMs, and developers in understanding business requirements translating them to useful screen designs presented as prototypes and facilitated to gather comments and improvements.Position will be responsible for producing both UI and UX pieces.It will be preferred to have the position generate usable HTML, CSS, and Angular components that developers can use. Will also work with our enterprise Shared Solutions team in understanding and implementing Michigan's digital guidelines and framework within assigned projects.Top Skills & Years of Experience:
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)Experience with design systems and reusable componentsExperience leading user workshops and facilitating sessionsExperience with quantitative results-driven design techniques such as a/b testingFamiliarity with accessibility standards and best practices (ADA)
