Title:
Telecommunications Analyst Location: Hybrid remote and onsite Tue - Thursday in Bethlehem, PA Duration: 3 -6 months (option for full time employee direct hire for local candidates) possible extension Visa: Any Visa(except h1b and CPT) Interview: Phone/Zoom and onsite Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field experience and/or certifications in telephony integration • Must possess a minimum of three years of related Telecommunications Analyst or Administrator experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to telecommunications, networking, and connectivity. • Full understanding of the role of telecommunications and computer networking and Information Technology in a manufacturing organization. • Must have the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing. • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience, • Knowledge of IP Protocols, TCP/IP, SRST, SIP, RPT, CODEC (G.711, G,729). • Must have extensive knowledge of carrier circuits and topology and VOIP/SIP technologies. • Powershell, Microsoft Office365, Wireshark, Cisco UCM and Avaya Systems experience a plus.
