About the Role

You’ll support the Head of Marketing in communicating our brands’ message and value-propositions to the right customers at the right time, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This is a very early-stage app– there is a focus on testing and learning. The successful candidate will be adaptable, comfortable working with ambiguity, and have an innovation mindset. There is a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked for a B2C app.

What You Will Do:

Creative strategy & campaign management: own relationship with external creative agency to drive the development of effective creative for our channels that tightly integrates both an understanding of the consumer along with key insights and past performance data.

Manage go-to-market initiatives: support the planning and execution of user acquisition/retention campaigns using various channels, including paid advertising (social media, search, etc.), influencer partnerships, and owned marketing tactics.

Conduct customer research: execute regular customer interviews/ surveys to gain valuable customer insights and draw actionable insights that can drive action across the business.

Define the product story: develop compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging throughout the customer journey and across customer types and use cases.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years product marketing experience. Experience in early-stage consumer products a plus.
  • Experience working closely with tech organizations (I.e., product, engineering, design).
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail.
  • Demonstrate outsized focus on customer.
  • No task too big or too small mindset.
