Customer Marketing Manager, Enterprise Accounts

We are looking for a creative and energetic marketer to lead our account-based marketing efforts. A successful candidate will be able to understand our enterprise company supply chain and engineering targets well, develop strategies for reaching them including messaging and channels, and then execute marketing programs. The role will work closely with our high-performing sales team, enabling them to grow our business with top companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of marketing plans to reach and influence both supply chain leaders and engineers at the largest companies with which Xometry does business.
  • Co-own with sales delivery of revenue goals from large enterprises
  • Partner closely with the Enterprise sales leadership team and AEs to assess needs and develop messaging, collateral, and media/channel strategies to address.
  • Support the creation of sales materials for specific customers and industries
  • Build a targeted media plan that generates incremental leads among supply chain and engineering leaders at targeted companies.
  • Manage a dedicated marketing budget for account-based marketing activities
  • Potential for management of direct reports

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally focused on account-based marketing or B2B marketing targeting users or buying committees at larger companies.
  • Past experience working with B2B Enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with large companies and marketing to executives
  • Experience working at a B2B marketplace, SaaS or Manufacturing company is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn about how Xometry’s platform is fueling the industries of today and tomorrow
