Hubspot Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HubSpot Developer to join our client.In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing websites using the HubSpot. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration with the CRM system to enhance lead conversion. Additionally, you'll oversee the effectiveness of our HubSpot system to support our sales and marketing efforts.The ideal candidate should have a broad skill set that includes SEO expertise, knowledge of user journey principles, UI/UX design proficiency, and experience in database management.Responsibilities:Looking for someone who can administer the HubSpot site and build work flows as well as design pages in HubSpot. Develop email campaigns, build dashboards, work flows, and integrate with API's.Design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites within the HubSpot platform to deliver excellent user experiences and performance.Customize and implement HubSpot features to meet business needs and enhance lead management processes.Integrate websites with HubSpot to optimize lead capture and conversion opportunities.Manage and maintain the HubSpot system, including data entry, segmentation, and automation workflows.Apply SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine visibility.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and devise strategies for lead generation and conversion improvement.Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the user journey and UI/UX design.Develop data management strategies to ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HubSpot development, CRM management, SEO, and user experience design.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Developer, with expertise in building and maintaining websites within HubSpot.Strong proficiency in CRM management, including customization, automation, and reporting.Solid understanding of SEO principles in relation to web design.Knowledge of user journey principles and UI/UX design best practices.Experience in database management and data analysis.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.HubSpot certifications are advantageous.Experience with Growth-Driven Design principles and methodologies is highly desirable.Implement Growth-Driven Design strategies to continuously enhance website performance and user experience.Perform regular website audits and analysis to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize website enhancements based on data-driven insights and business objectives.Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to validate design and functionality changes.
