Position Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Director in the day-to-day operations of our marketing efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing to gain hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual who is eager to contribute to the success of our campaigns and projects. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with our teams to develop materials and execute cohesive plans to reach target audiences.

Essential Functions:Maintain inventory of promotional materials.Organize promotional supply room.Assist with social media content development.Assist with basic website development tasks.Monitor social media account(s).Assist with in-company and customer promotional fulfillment activities.Manage correspondence with vendors regarding samples or related topics.Support promotional events such as charter trips and trade shows.Coordinate and facilitate departmental work.Assist the department director with administrative duties as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Possess computer skills that include proficiency with Word, CMS platforms (for website assistance), and social media platforms.Be willing to travel between facilities (Bensenville, IL; Valparaiso, IN; and Elkhart, IN).This is a hybrid position; will work remotely but also must be on site when required.Be highly organized and able to work independently when required.Possess the ability to lift materials up to 50lbs.Ability to work in the office 2 – 3 days per week (hybrid)Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not requiredThis is an entry-level position with room for growthBenefits
