Primary Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointmentsParticipates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) coursesMet sales objectives by maintaining existing customers and building new customer relationshipsCompile and maintain decision-maker information and identify "Target 25" (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients)Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments)Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goalsPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsSet specific objectives and report on ROIGenerate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)Monitor SEO and web traffic metricsCollaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistencyCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviewsOversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applicationsPosition Requirements
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experienceProven track record with sales and marketing within the service sectorStrong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitudeExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferredWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is requiredBachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experienceAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawProven work experience as a Social media managerHands-on experience in content managementExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of online marketing channelsFamiliarity with web designExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and multitasking skillsBSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
