We can’t wait to start this journey with you.JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in planning, executing, and managing paid marketing channels to drive business growth. The primary channel focus will be Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, CTV, and Affiliates. This role will report to the Acquisition Marketing Director and will work closely with colleagues in the marketing department and across the organization to drive incremental traffic, sales, and achieve customer acquisition goals.If you are passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and achieving measurable results, we want to hear from you!RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES :Manage acquisition marketing channels including (but not limited to) Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, and CTVPartner closely with the Acquisition Director to execute on the strategy, vision, and roadmap to optimize paid marketing channels and work closely with cross functional teams and agency partners to help drive efficienciesMonitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to improve ROAS and MER to achieve acquisition and overall company KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally with teams across departments to support new initiatives and build ideas for optimizationsAdvanced experience managing and optimizing campaigns and creative processes from start to finishIdentify process improvements and implement ways to improveMonitor reporting across all channels and ensure performance is on pace and trending to marketing goalsBuild A/B testing plans and implement testing initiatives in key areas such as campaign structure, landing page, messaging, creative, audience, and placementIdentify and vet new and emerging tactics as they relate to marketing goalsConduct competitive and market research on an ongoing basis to evaluate consumer behaviorManage tags and pixels, product feeds, and audiences as they pertain to each channelSupport the marketing department and cross functional teams with any ad hoc projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS :5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, and CTV.Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field2+ years of experience as a people manager, as well as agency managementAbility to transform creative and campaign data into actionable insightsExpertise in creative from conception to analytic results that can help drive ad performanceStrong understanding and application of conversion tracking and pixel managementFoundational understanding of attribution and MTA solutionsProficiency in Excel & data analytics platformsProactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectivelyComfortable with ambiguity and takes initiative to lead projectsHave an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environmentProven success in working cross-functionally with all levels and effectively communicating/presentingDetail-oriented, "can do" attitude, and passionate about growth in a fast-paced environmentA highly collaborative, driven, and team-oriented individual who is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projectsExperience managing 8 figure budgets is a plusDTC and/or fashion and apparel experience is a plusBenefitsWHY CALPAK: BENEFITS & PERKSAnnual bonus planMedical, Dental & Vision insurance401K w/ company matchingLife insurance & Disability coverageAccrued paid time off & floating holidaysMonthly wellness creditsDog friendly officeEmployee discountBenefits and incentive compensation may be subject to other requirements and conditions
