The marketing coordinator shall create ad campaigns and promote product offerings as directed by management. Also attending events and interacting with the community through social media. They also must measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust as necessary for maximum results. Have a good understanding of SEM and SEO practices and web page building. Develop profitable sales and acquire Clients through our established sales and marketing program.Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksHave a very good understanding of how to use social mediaHave an outgoing personable personalityHave a self-driven attitude and be a self-motivated personBe able to think outside the box as far as being creative with new marketing ideasDevelops and executes marketing plan & budgetIntegrate recruitment marketing into all channelsDevelop a recruiting process to capture and respond to all applicantsTrack applicants progress with respective hiring managers confirm that no applicants are overlooked using the Applicant tracking system.Produces graphic design & coordinates production of printed/online Company collateralDevelops sales campaigns/promotions and coordinates associated print/online productionMonitors sales leads/new customer acquisition sources/costsParticipates in networking/community engagement opportunitiesDirect Mail campaignsEmail marketingCustomer service orientation.Track all potential leads for appointments until scheduled or declined.Must have a good working knowledge of our products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.Regularly review and monitor progress against goals and seek assistance as needed.Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors and Clients.Possess superior interpersonal skills.Must be able to work under time and budgetary constraints and pressures.Efficiently manage his/her time and schedules.Be computer literate to the extent necessary to fulfill this function. Knowledge of Microsoft office along with graphics programs like Adobe Illustrator (or similar) is required.
