SUMMARY

The Director, Trade Marketing, Marketplaces, Clubs and Owned Channels is responsible for developing Citizen Watch America’s marketplaces, clubs and owned channels of distribution (excluding brand .coms) in partnership with National Accounts and Retail Sales teams. The successful candidate acts as the liaison between Marketing, National Accounts and Retail Sales teams, orchestrating brand storytelling, marketing plans and promotional programs across these channels of distribution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Lead the brand marketing planning process (in partnership with brand marketing leads, National Accounts, and Retail) for Citizen Watch America brands for marketplaces, clubs, and owned retail (excluding brand.coms) including defining target consumers, developing marketing mixes, and strategies that drive customer brand awareness, consideration and conversion.Develop and execute marketing campaigns/initiatives in line with channel goals and execute campaigns/initiatives to achieve these goals.

Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product lineOwn creative asset development from brief to execution managing appropriate creative resources and agency partners

Structure and manage media buys, in partnership with brand marketing leads, precision marketing, and agency partners to support marketing campaigns and objectivesIdentify marketing metrics and e-commerce analytics specific to CWA marketplaces, interpret the results, and take actions to increase the effectiveness of marketing.Partner with National Accounts to elevate ecommerce performance and implementation of best practices for marketplaces and clubs

Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions, able to educate National Accounts partners on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon

Partner with National Accounts sales teams to build operational excellence for all marketplaces/clubs accountsManage marketing requests from National Accounts sales teams which includes creating timelines for all retailer creative needs from briefs to approvals, to asset delivery

Ensure that Citizen Watch America’s brand guidelines are enforced and supported and that marketplace/club/retailer guidelines are clear, consistent and enforced in campaign briefs and final assets

Work alongside various Marketing teams in communication, coordination, monitoring and reporting on advertising campaignsSupport National Accounts sales teams in the development of pitch decks with input from brand marketing leads; create support materials used to drive sell-throughDevelop and support marketing campaigns, collateral and retail activations for flagship and off-price owned channels and facilitate instore execution in partnership with the retail sales teamManage watch photography for exclusive products for marketplaces and clubs channels of distributionManage GWP needs by retailer/platform by seasonQUALIFICATIONS

Digital Native with experience managing co-op programs.Proven track record of working effectively under tight deadlines.Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain vendor relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Adobe CS, a plus.Knowledge of consumer and industry trends, in-store and online.Highly organized, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work efficiently with external partners as well as internal teams.Ability to identify, prioritize and accommodate multiple needs.Experience in brand marketing or e-commerce merchandising is highly desired. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management.Amazon experience preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing or Communications; or 7+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Annual Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
