Must have proven, successful experience in Crowdfunding and/or related fund-raising approaches/ventures/efforts.
Responsibilities: recruit, form, direct and manage assertive team/personnel initially for 5-region, 50-state program, then eventually focus on 9 selected US allies, followed by balance of International sector.
Duties: establish policies, procedures, protocols and performance goals of team (specialized) that (financially) supports (enables) national and international marketing (proliferation and deployment) of life-saving device/system.
Minimum skills: multi-dimensional thinking, multi-tasking, strategic and tactical (detail) planning, team leadership and motivation, goal-oriented with strong people skills.
Base, starting salary ($72,000 per annum), plus performance incentives and bonuses, provide well into six-figure income.
