They will provide mentorship to team members from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to meet the needs of our customers through education and on-the-job experience.**Responsibilities:*** Provide leadership and employee development through coaching, huddles, side-byside assistance and training. Execute management activities, including but not limited to, performance appraisals, interviews and talent selection, productivity monitoring,developmental discussions, and disciplinary actions. Provide reward and recognition to employees. Ensure the technical training and development of team members. Provide one-on-one performance feedback on a regular basis **(25%)*** Ensure compliance of business standards (attendance, quality scores, customer survey scores, etc.). Monitor performance criteria and achieve results through coaching or discipline actions as necessary. **(15%)*** Support standards for schedules, lunches, time-off and meetings as business needs dictate. Create a work structure that embodies MBFS core values by maintaining a positive work environment to encourage an exceptionally high level of team morale. **(10%)*** Manage and provide accurate weekly, monthly and annual management reports to set and achieve the highest standards in business execution. **(15%)*** Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operation of the department. **(10%)****Qualifications****Qualifications:**Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Should your employment with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC terminate for any reason other than death or disability, within 2 years from your first day of work, you agree to repay the signing bonus received prior to your date of termination.
