Assistant Community Manager , every day you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at our Tax Credit apartment community, complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures, and conduct unit inspections!

To thrive in this role:Interact with current and prospective residentsFosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agenciesAssist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting, and processing applications, phones, call backs and thank you cardsComplete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company proceduresConduct unit inspectionsMaintain the safety and security of the apartment community at all timesComplete daily reportsAll other duties assigned by the supervisorVerify and Test income and asset verification of tenant files for applicable housing programs (HUD and Tax Credit) for all Move-Ins, Interims and Annual Re-certificationsReview, provide written responses, and process household file applications for rental assistance and affordable housing programs within the compliance departmentQualifications:

Yardi Voyager experience a MUSTTax-credit property management experience a MUSTBilingual is a PLUSAbility to handle pressure due to complexity and time sensitivityExcellent organizational skills; attention to details, strong verbal and written communication skillsWorks patiently, professionally and cooperatively with residents, providing exceptional customer servicePreserves and respects resident and applicant confidentiality
