The primary responsibility of the Cattlemen's Expediter is to ensure the best steak/food is served tothe guest. The Expediter is responsible for plate presentation standards, recipe adherence of allproducts and that every guest receives their food cooked correctly with hot food being hot and coldfood being cold. Your first priority is to set up trays and facilitate expediting the food out of thekitchen.
