The Contents Manager will lead, motivate, and support an expansive content cleaning division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development. They oversee all activities and reporting measures as it pertains to content to be extracted, cleaned, and replaced by our contents team. Training and development programs available include industry standard certifications.Primary ResponsibilitiesActively pursue and respond to content pack out & restoration jobs.Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.Manage opportunities for staff development in the content cleaning division.Work closely with the general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain project execution documentation and content inspection reporting.Utilize ICAT software to maintain customer content.Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.Manage a territory to include Servpro of Pulaski & Laurel Counties, Servpro of Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, and Servpro of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, and Lincoln CountiesPosition RequirementsEffective written and oral communicationIntermediate math skillsExperience in cleaning/restoration preferredExperience with utilizing ICAT and similar Servpro web-based applicationsHigh school diploma/GEDIICRC certifications preferredAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to work in tight spaces (i.e. crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay RateCompetitive salary based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
