Gogo Business Aviation is looking for a

Marketing Operations Manager

to manage our industry leading marketing tech stack, execute marketing programs, ensure effective and efficient lead flow, optimize team processes, and develop, execute, and draw insights from reports and dashboards for our growing Marketing team. This position is ideal for a constantly curious problem solver who loves to plan and execute data-driven marketing programs.

How will you make a difference?

SME and hands on manager of Marketo and wider leading marketing tech stack. Including daily execution of campaigns and management of integrations, including but not limited to: Salesforce, Vidyard, ON24, Google AnalyticsLead the campaign management process to ensure timely execution, tracking and reporting of campaignsResearch, recommend and implement new tools and processes as needed to expand and/or enrich demand generation programsLead effective sales and marketing collaboration to implement and improve upon shared processes, analytics and infrastructureBe the marketing team lead for ongoing tracking and reporting of campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact and revenue performance of marketing programsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior and cross functional team members to grow effectiveness of the teamUtilize demand gen communication strategy and marketing automation best practice to drive lead acquisition and customer retentionEnable impactful customer targeting by overseeing continuous improvement of database quality and data enrichment strategiesEmbrace a test and learn mindset, dig for actionable insight within data by applying response analysis, A/B testing and best practices to optimize all aspects of campaignQualifications

BS or BA in a Marketing, technical or business discipline; or equivalent work experience4+ years of

marketing operations

or

marketing automation

experience - B2B preferredMarketo

Certification ( MCE ) highly preferredThis role is hybrid and requires you to be in the Broomfield office 2-3 days per weekRequired Skills, Experience and Talents

Advanced proficiency with

Marketo adminDemonstrated proficiency with

data

literacy and manipulation to enable customer segmentation and lead scoring (as examples)Nurture/drip campaign/program

experience with an understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead life-cycle processesPreferred Skills, Experience and Talents

Email marketing experience, including deliverability, compliance, split testing and optimizationAnalytical thinking for strategic data-led decision makingExperience managing and implementing projects that drive the lead funnel (i.e. - lead scoring, lead routing)Experience with Salesforce CRM and additional MarTech applicationsStrong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communications skills

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay :108,000.00 - 135,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive :Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
