After nearly tripling revenue in 2023, we are hiring a Head of Marketing. As the company’s first full-time marketer, you will work closely with sales, customer success, and product to set and execute strategies to grow revenue.

Responsibilities :

Build a high impact marketing strategy: Own strategic vision, set goals, plan and enable efficient experimentation, prioritize and execute across all areas of marketing.Hands-on marketing execution: Do the work to support the team and our goals.Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate on strategy across the company, be the voice of the customer, provide the marketing perspective, and serve as the liaison between product and GTM functions.Build out the marketing function: We still need to build out our marketing tech stack and processes. We need your help to figure out what works, and test and scale.Product Marketing: Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits to our audience.Growth Marketing: Launch, track, and optimize programs/campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, event marketing, lead generation, and paid media to move prospects and customers down the funnel.Content Marketing: Own the content calendar and tell the story of our brand and company to engage prospects, customers, candidates, and partners.Brand: Collaborate on the company story and vision to ensure our communications add value to our audience of marketers and maintain a high-quality bar.KPIs: Manage the marketing budget, ensure we operate efficiently, and meet metrics goals including qualified lead generation targets.Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in marketing, including at B2B software companies, ideally selling to marketers.Startup marketing experienceBreadth in all areas of marketing, depth in product marketing & growth marketingHigh quality bar. You've developed effective marketing strategies and tactics and have proven that your initiatives help hit revenue goals.Scrappiness and experimentation mindset. You understand that we’re still an early-stage company and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being creative with limited resources.Fluent in marketing automation and CRM tools, hands-on experience with HubSpot and SFDC is a big plus.You know how to balance short-term goals and long-term goals.Motivated by our story and passionate about marketing to marketers about marketing :)
