Global PRODUCT MARKETING Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated marketing individual to build a go-to-market strategy that introduces customers to our next-generation AS&UX solutions! As part of the AS&UX Product Marketing team, working together to help create the optimal solutions for our customers, aligned with the AS&UX roadmaps.

In your role, you will work closely with Product Management, Product Lines, Customer Marketing, Vehicle architecture teams, Customer Solution Architects and Sales to develop product messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy and execution. This role will involve speaking to customers and other external stakeholders and set the tone for how we sell our solutions.

Responsibilities:

Articulate the value of solutions, working closely with Product Management, and develop positioning of our AS&UX products/ solutions. Collaborate with Product Management to create marketing collateral to explain product value proposition (incl. whitepapers, customer demo presentations, web content, etc.) Partner with customer marketing to develop/execute global go-to-market strategy and new product introduction for our AS&UX products based on understanding of market needs & our positioning. Work closely with customer marketing and account-based marketing on communicating product value and positioning following customer persona through a mix of channels Track/identify key insights on competitive landscape, customer behavior to influence product roadmap. Engage with users of products to understand customer pain points and aspirations to translate into messaging and future capabilities. Represent the team at major events/conferences and engagements with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.Automotive sector required, Prefer, Tier 2, semiconductor experience productizing & Go To market skills.Demonstrated experience interfacing with customers and managing customer relationships.Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods with highly developed skills in translating customer insights into compelling messages.Comfortable in deep technical conversations with a curiosity to learn.Strong business acumen and clear understanding of the automotive market dynamics.Entrepreneurial mind-set; curious and creative personality.Excellent oral, written, and visual presentation and communication skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

BSEE, Computer Science Degree or equivalent in a related field.Strong technical background with experience in automotive grade Computing platform development.Experience with user research and defining user experienceExperience in leading overlay sales teams.
