About you:Excellent product marketer, with deep domain expertise in messaging and positioning, ideally at the intersection of SaaS and IoT enabled devicesKnowledgeable or curious about AI, property tech, smart buildings, CRE space, energy management, and data-driven productsGreat at crafting clever, attention-grabbing content, while also driving it home with the goods - technical analysis, guidance, and how-to details that are actually useful and build trust with our key audiencesDynamic and confident; able to lead, influence, set goals, communicate, and drive projects across cross-functional teams and the companyData-driven and a strategic problem solverYour responsibilities:

Driving product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, brand voice, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, storytelling, and product launches; support integrated marketing and demand campaignsDefining and communicating value propositions that differentiate us, winning the hearts and minds of customers, analysts, stakeholders, and their organizationsOverseeing and producing exceptional external-facing content, including core collateral, customer stories, webinars, videos, and morePromoting strong feedback loops with the product, sales, and customer success teamsTraining our sales teams on how to sell our solutions and grow the businessInfluencing the product roadmap based on a complete understanding of the buyer, how they buy, and needsAnalyzing how potential partner relationships contribute to product growth, recommending partner growth strategies, and leading partner go-to-market activitiesSpeaking at events and conferencesImportant success factors:

The base salary for this position contemplates a range of $150,000 - $225,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a background check is required upon employment.
