Overview
An Account Strategist is distinguished by a dedicated focus to customer satisfaction, realized through strong verbal and written communication skills. The Account Strategist will be responsible for providing superior customer support for our Merchant partners, managing a portfolio of relationships, and driving revenue growth. He/she should excel at relationship building, analyzing marketing campaigns and be self-motivated. The successful candidate will be an aggressive self-starter and must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, tenacity, and have a desire to put the customer first every day. The employee must have the ability to execute special assignments and tasks under only general supervision. The employee must have a personal sense of integrity, commitment and professionalism. This position provides high growth potential for candidates looking to build a career in a growing industry.
What you will do:Partner with a portfolio of established and emerging brands on objectives and KPIs for successConsult on affiliate program strategy and actionable tacticsLead weekly customer calls; and proactively communicate reporting, new opportunities, and progress against objectivesPrepare and conduct online and in-person customer presentations with excellenceForecast budgets for customers and PartnerizeAssist in renewals and contract negotiationsCollaborate with team members in developing and sourcing customer opportunitiesWhat you will achieve:

Master affiliate ecommerce strategies and effective tactics for revenue growthMaster publisher partner types and how they contribute to consumer acquisitionMaster program strategies such as commissioning and mediaTake lead on group of assigned customer relationshipsBuild strong relationships with brands, publishers, and internal team members6+ months
Manage budgets, renewals, and risk mitigationGrow ecommerce revenue for established and emerging brandsContribute to tactics and processes designed to enable customer successGrow the Partnerize reputation for quality work and support of customersWhat you'll need to be successful:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university or 2 years of equivalent online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience2-4 years marketing experience, Affiliate experience preferredStrong analytical focus, ability to aggregate and manipulate large data setsAbility to multitask and execute tasks; detail orientedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using with PCs, Windows, MS Word.
