About the role:

The Marketing Program Coordinator position will play a crucial role in developing, implementing,

and managing external marketing programs and events. The Marketing Program Coordinator

will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering a

community of external makers and artists.

What you will be doing:Program Development:

Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive Brand Ambassador Program to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster brand loyalty.Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with outside artists, brand ambassadors, and influencers serving as the main point of contact for communication, feedback, and collaboration. Foster a sense of community and belonging among ambassadors to encourage engagement and advocacy.Campaign Activation:

Collaborate with brand ambassadors to create and execute multi-channel (email, social media, etc.) marketing campaigns and events that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.Contest Coordination:

Plan, execute, and manage contests and giveaways as part of the Brand Ambassador Program to engage audiences, drive participation, and increase brand visibility.Performance Measurement:

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of the Brand Ambassador Program and event activations, including key metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and sentiment analysis. Use data insights to optimize program strategies, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand ambassador coordination, or similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsOrganizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple contests and giveaways simultaneously, including coordinating timelines, logistics, and promotional activitiesCreative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative contest ideas and promotional strategies that capture audience interest and drive participationProficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools, with a deep understanding of social media trends and analyticsCreative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting and DIY culture or experience in the art, craft, or DIY industry (preferred)What we offer:
