We are seeking a highly motivated, tactical, and strategic thinker and planner to join our team. You will be instrumental in driving the firm's marketing initiatives and enhancing client engagement through impactful events and experiences. You are a resourceful creative thinker with a passion for marketing, event planning, and client relationship management driving new business development. You will report to the Managing Director. Managerial responsibilities #LI-OnsiteWhat You'll Do:Manage our digital presence across different channels, including website, social media, and email marketing to maintain a consistent brand image, enhance brand visibility, and promote client engagementAssist the Advisors/Partners and CEO in developing and executing an annual marketing planLead the planning and coordination of multiple client events designed to educate, entertain, and engage our clientsMaintain weekly Market Update and monthly Twickenham Times NewsletterCreate, schedule, and implement social media postsCollaborate with Advisors/Partner and other team members to ensure understanding of marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized communication, feedback mechanisms, surveys and tailored client experiencesHelp manage internal and external resources, including venues and all event vendors needed for successful event executionOversee the development of all marketing collateral, including event invitations, presentations, and promotional materialsIdentify and follow through on Advisor and Firm industry recognition opportunities (e.g., Barron's, Forbes, Advisors to Watch, etc.)Aid in our organization of client data for marketing campaignsManage corporate sponsorships and partnerships, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance brand visibility, community engagement, and client acquisition efforts through collaboration with external organizations and events.Coordinate client gifting initiatives, ensuring thoughtful gifts are delivered to enhance client relationshipsWork a flexible schedule to meet client and event demandsDirectly manage of all internal and external communicationsManage employee anniversary and birthday celebrations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work culture that values and recognizes team members' contributions.

What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related fields5+ years relevant experience in marketing, event planning, or service-related roles with increasing levels of responsibilityProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website management, social media, and email marketingAbility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsEnthusiastic and passionate about improving client experience and engagementStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goalsAmbitious and proactive with a calm response to pressureStrong project management and multi-tasking skillsAble to work efficiently independently and as a core part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalismSalesforce, Clout and Wordpress experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office
