In this role, you will be a Jack or Jill of all marketing trades who is looking to find your niche. You've got an education, but still need some experience to sharpen your skills and discover how to best apply your talents. From the simplest tasks to the most complex projects, you're always willing and able to dive in and do your best. With an eye for both the big picture and tiny details, you can take an otherwise boring concept and bring a fresh perspective through multiple channels. You're a multi-tasker who doesn't shy away from deadlines or details and will do what it takes to get things done.

ResponsibilitiesWork with all members of the marketing team to support incoming requestsLead the operation and maintenance of digital print press and other print production equipmentPrint, assemble and ship marketing orders with consistent accuracy according to established guidelinesMaintain proper stock levels for all print materials and promotional itemsProvide tradeshow support including coordinating marketing materials, signage, giveaways and moreAssist the graphic designer in updating forms and other materialsSchedule social media posts according to the content calendar created by the marketing specialist and monitor follower engagementUpdate website content management systems with revised documents, blogs, events and news articlesUpdate digital signage throughout the building using cloud-based softwareWork in email marketing automation platform (Marketo) to manage contacts and database, create emails from established templates, set up programs and help report on resultsOrganize, create and send company-wide communications and announcements as requestedAssist in logistical execution of Fort Wayne events, including basic audio-visual supportPost-production video editing and distribution of simple internal and/or external videosManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time sensitive environmentCoordinate and manage community events, which includes contracts, payments and scheduling roomsManage and execute multi-week employee engagement initiativesCreate monthly Ash Flash employee newsletter in SharePoint including writing articles, gathering articles and information from other employeesPerform other duties as requiredTalents and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design or communications, and 1 year of experienceProficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programsPrior experience with Premiere Pro a plusPrior experience with print fulfillment is strongly preferredPrior experience with content management software is a plusPrior experience managing or executing social media activity for an organizationPrior experience with project management software, such as Wrike, Teamwork or Basecamp, is a plus
