Sales/Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and word of mouth referrals
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and build strong professional relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns\
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
Communicate effectively with staffing team to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain client satisfaction through communication and client management
Track KPI'S to better forecast what is needed and where improvement is required
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Private Duty Home Care Industry
Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
Ability to build relationships with referral sources and clients to ensure repeat business
Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
Strong account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to assess and build an effective Care Plan for clients using our services
Senior Services industry experience is a plus
