If you share our passion for motorcycles, join us by rolling on the throttle!Job Summary:This position plays a key role in developing and executing the dealership-level marketing strategy/activities for their assigned dealerships. The Seasonal Local Store Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing, and General Manager.*Please Note: This position will generally run through the end of August.Responsibilities:- CommunicationWork alongside the Marketing Department and Dealer Leadership (General Manager and Department Managers) to ensure a local marketing plan is documented in the marketing calendar to drive the business for each locationDevelop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups, and vendors to promote the dealership’s businessGather, report, and share best practices and after-action reviews of marketing activities- Retail EnvironmentReview POP kits, in-store collateral, and overall dealership readinessManage requests from local dealerships for POP kits, online content, and eventsMaintain brand standards and creative guidelines- EventsPerform dealership SWOT analyses to develop a quarterly event strategyDevelop and ensure delivery of dealership-specific event programming to generate traffic and brand awarenessCoordination of creative materials for all events, on and offsite, for each dealershipEvening and weekend availability in order to support event schedule.- Any Other Duties as AssignedQualifications:Motorcycle Knowledge preferredBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferredEvent operation experience preferredDemonstrated leadership abilitySelf-starting, self-directing, and proactiveWindy City Motorcycle Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
